I have heard multiple friends say – I’m so stressed and anxious. What is the will of God for this present moment? What should we be doing? Debating and arguing over the simplest things. Distracted from the purpose of God in our lives by the discussions and debates of the present moment. Elevating the evil over the goodness of Gid. I’ve almost removed Facebook several times because of it.

We all want to solve the mystery of the will of God the way we solve Sudoku or a crossword puzzle. But the purpose of God can not be solved. It can only be lived. Lately, I have realized that intellectual analysis usually leads to spiritual paralysis. Arguing over things instead of letting the anointing destroy the yoke.

Let us face it…most of us will have no idea where we are going most of the time. We are walking by faith. We are holding an unseen hand. And I know that is scary. But it can be called by another name… adventures WITH God!!

So…Maybe, let’s do what the Bible says – “be strong and courageous” or “be anxious for nothing”. Or here’s a thought – maybe we become fishers of men and love and win the lost. Isn’t that our greatest commission? Love the Lord God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself!!

So can we stop all the debating and start the loving. Can we stop all the analyzing and start the holy adventure? Can we exalt the name of the Lord? can we about the Fathers business instead of everyone else’s business? Can we exalt His name? Can we grab the unseen hand and walk by faith with Him? Can we?
